Just a few of the many comments we received regarding the Pa'a hooks and hooksets;
Fishing with the PaŽa hooks here in the Azores could not be better, our grander was caught on a 10/0 PaŽa hook that I know. In total we got 31 blue marlin strikes this season. But in the end I just fished with PaŽa hooks and we caught 10 blues out of 12 blue bites. One of the fish cut the line on a plastic piece on the surface, so in just one single case we pulled the hook. What was interesting for me, it did not matter if the fish was small or really big, they all got hooked very well. I would say they improved my hookup ratio, it just can't get much better for me and I will rig all my lures with PaŽa hooks in the future.

The 10/0 Pa'a hooks are totally awesome! They seem to penetrate the upper jaw of the big ahi like "butter" and once in the hooks are Pa'a (stuck) like their name, only a line or leader cut can cause a lost tuna. These will be the only hooks I will ever use in my lures!
